Fresh People, the Valencia-based technology company specialized in leadership and team management, has closed a €2.6 million funding round completed by Inveready, Archipiélago Next, Successful Fund, Paloma Tejada, former BBVA executive, among others. This financial backing has enabled the company to accelerate the development of Booster, the proactive AI solution for team management already used by more than 2,000 managers, while also preparing for its international expansion.
Booster’s goal is ambitious: to become the strategic copilot that supports every manager in their daily work, helping them make decisions, improve team dynamics and translate strategy into concrete actions that impact business results.
