Fracttal, a global company specialized in AI-powered maintenance solutions and backed, among others, by Riverwood Capital, Seaya, BBVA, Telefónica, GoHub, Kayyak, and Amador Holdings, has acquired TCMAN, a leading Spanish company in the sector and developer of the GIM platform.

Founded in 1997, TCMAN is the leading company in Spain in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Its GIM platform, with more than 35 years of industry history, is used by more than 250 organizations, including companies such as Serveo, Acciona, Eiffage, Moncobra, Sanitas, and Quirón, to manage critical assets in sectors such as infrastructure, industry, and services.

With this acquisition, Fracttal integrates TCMAN’s experience and customer base with its AI-based technology platform, which currently manages more than 20 million assets across more than 60 countries.

“Fracttal and TCMAN share the same conviction: maintenance is a key ally in building a more sustainable, safe, and efficient world. This union allows us to accelerate that transformation, combining decades of industry experience with advanced technology and artificial intelligence to help industry operate better,” says Christian Struve, CEO and co-founder of Fracttal.

The company believes that maintenance is becoming an increasingly strategic function for businesses, especially in asset-intensive sectors such as infrastructure, industry, energy, and healthcare.

“Integrating TCMAN’s experience with our platform strengthens our ability to continue developing intelligent maintenance solutions and deliver more value to organizations managing complex and distributed assets,” explains Raúl Peris, COO of Fracttal.

The transaction will also accelerate the evolution of the GIM software within Fracttal’s technological ecosystem, incorporating new capabilities based on artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and integration with IoT technologies.

For TCMAN, the integration represents a new stage after more than three decades of activity in the Spanish market.

“For more than 30 years we have helped companies across multiple sectors better manage their assets. Joining Fracttal allows us to expand the reach of our technology and continue evolving our solutions in a context where maintenance is becoming increasingly strategic,” says Eloy Ortega, Founder of TCMAN.

The acquisition comes just a few months after Fracttal closed a $35 million funding round. The company will use this investment to strengthen its AI capabilities, accelerate product development, and expand its presence in strategic markets across Europe and Latin America.

The integration of both companies reflects a shared vision of the role maintenance plays in the modern economy. Under this approach, the transaction is framed around a common idea: “Maintenance moves the world. Now we move it together.”About Fracttal
