Encomenda, through its Encomenda Seed II fund, has led a €300,000 funding round in Tripjoin, with participation from several business angels from Conector, including Oriol de Pablo (CEO of Vicio), Marc Ros (CEO of After), and Óscar Grifols (CEO of Padolç). The investment will enable the startup to accelerate product development, strengthen its team, and support its continued growth.
Founded in 2025, Tripjoin has developed a platform that enables content creators and communities to organize, manage, and monetize group trips through a single tool. The company operates as a pure marketplace, connecting trip organizers with travelers without acting as a travel agency or creating its own travel experiences. Instead, it provides the technological and operational infrastructure required to manage every aspect of each trip.
During its first twelve months of operations, Tripjoin has served more than 1,100 travelers and generated over €500,000 in travel booking volume, offering destinations ranging from Spain to Southeast Asia, all achieved through entirely organic growth. In the coming months, the startup also plans to expand into Italy and Portugal, leveraging their geographic proximity and cultural affinity.
