Following a strategic analysis phase, Forvis Mazars carried out the valuation of the clinic as well as the negotiation with the acquiring group up to the closing of the transaction. This integration enables CIMO to become part of a leading group in the ophthalmology field, strengthening its structure and growth capacity.
Founded in 1996, Clínica Oftalmológica CIMO has established itself as a national and international benchmark center for advanced eye surgery, a high level of diagnostic capability, and a focus on personalized treatments for complex pathologies. Its prestigious medical team, led by Julián Cezón, and its state-of-the-art facilities have been key to consolidating its reputation in the ophthalmology sector.
Miranza, in the midst of an acquisition strategy, strengthens its leadership in ophthalmology in Spain with a network of 38 centers nationwide. With the addition of Clínica CIMO, it now reaches seven centers in Andalusia, including two in Seville. Its model integrates leading independent clinics under a single platform focused on medical excellence, innovation, and personalized care.
