Fellow Funders, the Spanish alternative financing platform regulated by the CNMV, announces the opening of the investment round for Alboris Quintus, a strategic agricultural project focused on organic pistachio cultivation in the Puerto Lápice region (Ciudad Real).

The round allows private investors to access an opportunity to become partners in an organized agricultural operation managed by Alboris Mancha, an operator with extensive experience in the organic farming sector.

Alboris Quintus stands out as a differentiated operation due to its focus on certified organic agriculture, productive efficiency, and sustainability. The project plans to convert approximately 14.5 hectares into high-quality intensive pistachio plantations, featuring self-sufficient irrigation systems powered by solar energy and an appropriate water allocation to ensure both yield and resilience.

The opening of Alboris Quintus’s investment round comes in a context of growing appeal for investments in the Spanish agri-food sector, particularly in crops with high demand and strong export potential. Pistachios are one of the fastest-growing segments globally, and Spain holds a prominent position thanks to its favorable agro-climatic conditions and proximity to major international markets.

In terms of profitability, the project presents an estimated Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 9.76% for investors under a base scenario. Additionally, investors who meet the requirements established by current regulations may benefit from a 50% tax bonus on the invested amount, with a maximum investment limit of €100,000 per fiscal year, regardless of the number of projects participated in. In this case, the estimated IRR for the investor rises to 13.79%. This tax treatment enhances the attractiveness of the operation, combining financial returns, tax efficiency, and exposure to a productive real asset.

The project reflects Fellow Funders’ commitment to democratizing access to real and productive assets. Through the use of fractional investment vehicles, Fellow Funders allows investors to diversify their portfolios with structured and transparent agro-industrial projects.

“Sustainable agriculture is not only a driver of rural development but also an asset class with solid fundamentals for investors seeking long-term profitability and stability,” says a spokesperson for Fellow Funders. “Operations like Alboris Quintus combine environmental and social impact with a clear business model, making them attractive options within the alternative investment universe.”

The investment round for Alboris Quintus is now open on the Fellow Funders platform and provides interested parties with all relevant information for participation, including return projections, business structure, and associated risks.
