Sincrolab, a Spanish platform developing AI-powered digital cognitive therapy solutions, has secured continued backing from Eoniq.fund, which has invested a total of €335,000 in the company to date. The latest approved transaction involves a €100,000 investment, based on an estimated pre-money valuation of €8.5 million, and will enable the company to accelerate its growth, enhance its product offering, and strengthen the clinical deployment of its solutions in new markets.
Sincrolab provides an AI-based digital method for adaptive cognitive training, aimed at both children diagnosed with ADHD and adults experiencing cognitive deficits associated with ageing or other conditions. Its system automatically adjusts exercise difficulty, personalizes treatment programs according to each patient’s profile, and generates automated reports that allow healthcare professionals to monitor progress and outcomes.
In Spanish placebo-controlled clinical trials, Sincrolab demonstrated superior efficacy compared to placebo in improving inhibitory control in ADHD patients, with approximately 54% of participants achieving clinically significant improvements after 12 weeks of use. In addition, the company has obtained CE Class IIa certification for its digital ADHD solution, becoming a pioneer in Spain in securing this certification for an AI- and video game-based cognitive treatment.
Sincrolab already collaborates with more than 800 therapists, has been adopted by over 100 healthcare centers, and has accumulated tens of thousands of cognitive training sessions. The company also offers a version of its application designed for adults, aimed at stimulating cognitive functions in cases of mild cognitive impairment or age-related cognitive decline.
With the support of Eoniq.fund, Sincrolab will strengthen its capabilities across several key areas: enhancing its AI engine to deliver more accurate and personalized treatments; scaling its technological infrastructure to support a larger user base and increased clinical activity; expanding its clinical and commercial presence in new domestic and international markets; and consolidating partnerships with medical and pharmaceutical organizations to accelerate the institutional adoption of its digital therapies.
For Eoniq.fund, this transaction represents a commitment to the future of digital health by supporting technology-driven solutions that combine clinical evidence, AI innovation, and international scalability from Spain. The fund’s cumulative investment of €335,000 reflects its confidence in Sincrolab’s potential to become a leading player in the field of digital cognitive therapy.
