Dunas Capital Group announced today the appointment of Natividad Sierra as Managing Director and Chief of Investor Relations of alternative assets of the firm.
In her new role, Natividad Sierra will be responsible for leading the fundraising processes for Dunas Capital's alternative asset vehicles and managing relationships with its investors. Additionally, she will be part of the Group's Management Committee.
With this addition, Dunas Capital Group once again focuses on its strategy of developing and consolidating its real assets business line, where it advises several funds that invest long-term in transport, as well as in impact, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
Natividad Sierra has 30 years of experience in the financial sector, mainly in private equity, and previously in mergers and acquisitions and corporate banking. Before joining Dunas Capital Group, she served as Head of Investor Relations & ESG at Corpfin Capital, one of the leading private equity firms in Spain, where she successfully led the fundraising for several funds and directed the ESG function. Previously she was a partner, Director of Investments, and a member of the Board of Directors of several companies owned by the firm.
Natividad Sierra began her career in corporate banking in the Structured Finance division of BNP-Paribas and later worked as an Associate at Apax Partners, executing mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (E4) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE and a Law degree from UNED. Her executive education includes the General Management Program at IESE and the Executive Program in Senior Management, Promociona, at ESADE.
Additionally, she is co-Chair of Level 20 in Spain, a non-profit organization that promotes gender diversity in the European private equity sector.
