Cuatrecasas has advised a pool of lending institutions on the refinancing of the debt of Vía Célere Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, S.A.U. through the issuance of €320 million in senior secured notes, maturing in April 2031, and the execution of a €60 million senior revolving credit facility. An application will be made for the notes to be admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.
