Crescenta, a pioneering digital management company in Spain for investing in private equity funds, has appointed Marta Solé as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee its business support areas. With this appointment, Crescenta continues its consolidation and maturation process, laying the foundations for the launch of new projects and expansion into new markets.
Marta Solé joins Crescenta from DWS Group (Deutsche Bank’s asset manager), where she worked for more than eight years, first as Head of Product Management for Iberia and later as COO for the region. Previously, she worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Bankinter in Luxembourg and as Head of Asset Management at A&G Luxembourg AM, where she developed her career for more than seven years (two in Madrid and five in Luxembourg).

Marta Solé holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, as well as a specialization program in Private Banking and Financial Advisory from the IEB.
