Crescenta, Spain’s pioneering digital manager for private equity fund investments, has appointed Elisa de Mollinedo as Legal Director, strengthening its internal structure. This appointment aligns with the company’s rapid evolution, growth, and consolidation.
Elisa de Mollinedo joins Crescenta after more than four years at Santander Alternative Investments, where she served as Senior Legal Associate within the alternative investments division and played an active role in the creation and development of the unit from its early stages. During this period, she was responsible for providing cross-cutting legal advice across multiple investment strategies, including venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, trade finance, and fund of funds, as well as for structuring and managing vehicles in both Spain and Luxembourg. Previously, she worked for more than six years at the law firm Linklaters.

Elisa de Mollinedo holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), a Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
