Creas has participated as an investor in the latest funding round of LillianCare, the Germany-based startup specializing in digital and hybrid solutions for primary care in rural areas. This transaction marks Creas’ first investment in Germany, highlighting its commitment to supporting innovative projects across Europe.

LillianCare tackles a growing challenge in Germany: by 2035, there will be a shortage of 11,000 general practitioners, particularly in rural areas. Its hybrid practice model combines interdisciplinary on-site teams with telemedicine and digital services, providing faster access to care for patients and flexible working models for doctors.

Creas joined this round alongside amberra, BONVENTURE, Nina Capital, and Ship2B Ventures, supporting LillianCare’s mission to reduce critical care gaps in underserved rural regions and drive a scalable, sustainable, patient-centered healthcare transformation.
