Clustag, a global benchmark in data capture and management through RFID solutions, closes 2025 having strengthened its international footprint. Expected revenues this year will exceed €18 million, maintaining the double-digit growth achieved in recent years. Following the entry of Nazca Capital this year as majority shareholder, the company has entered a new era and accelerated its global growth plan with the opening of an office and Customer Experience Center in Miami, alongside a stronger presence in Asia, where major fashion players have their production hubs.

Today, Clustag operates in more than 35 countries, has deployed over 3,500 RFID solutions across more than 135 distribution centers, and manages billions of tags each year. These RAIN RFID systems are transforming how companies monitor and optimize their intralogistics operations.

Based on data transmission via radio waves, RFID enables products to be identified and tracked in real time without physical contact or direct line of sight, delivering full inventory visibility, reduced losses and errors, greater speed and operational efficiency, an improved customer experience, and significant cost and time savings. In a context where logistics and e-commerce are becoming increasingly complex, these advantages are decisive and position Clustag as an “agnostic” operator working with both major global players and smaller companies.

Commitment to the United States: office and Customer Experience Center in Miami

In 2025, Clustag opened a new corporate headquarters and a Customer Experience Center in Miami to bring its technology closer to clients and partners and to facilitate large-scale RFID implementations. This space allows live testing of reading and encoding with real products, as well as testing RAIN RFID solutions under peak-performance conditions that simulate operational spikes in distribution centers.

The company has significantly expanded its operations in the United States and now serves 12 states, including Washington, California, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and North Carolina, among others. It currently has 17 active projects in North America, several still in the design phase, and works in the U.S. with more than 15 leading luxury, sportswear and underwear brands to optimize their intralogistics processes using RAIN technology and state-of-the-art RFID tunnels.

Throughout 2025, Clustag has strengthened its international visibility with active participation in major U.S. trade shows such as NRF New York, Promat Chicago, and IntraLogistex Miami.

Momentum in Asia and Oceania

Alongside its progress in the United States, Clustag reinforced its presence in Asia during 2025 through new projects and partnerships with local integrators, expanding its customer base and deployment capabilities in the region. To do so, the company relies on a local team with more than a decade of experience in RFID and supply chain, capable of working closely with manufacturers and adapting the technology to the specific characteristics of Asian markets. This strategy aims to accelerate RFID adoption at source and ensure that each garment meets global standards before entering the supply chain, in a context shaped by mandates from major retailers and regulations such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP).

In parallel, the technology company has signed a strategic partnership with Conveyor Logistics to deploy its RFID ecosystem in Australia. This new sales strategy, based on alliances with regional partners, will be replicated in several countries the company has targeted in the coming months. Both companies exhibited together in July at Cemat Australia, a key trade fair in the region.

ISO 9001 certification and unified processes for maximum efficiency

A major milestone for the company has been the consolidation of its quality management system with the ISO 9001 certification awarded by NQA, an internationally recognized certification body backed by UKAS, the UK’s National Accreditation Body. This certification validates and formalizes the work the company has been developing for years.

In addition, Clustag has unified its production, procurement, quality and logistics departments to optimize efficiency in assembly, installation, shipping and controls. All manufacturing is carried out at its facilities in Ontinyent (Valencia), increasing responsiveness to demand and reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Over the past year, Clustag has not only consolidated its international presence and expanded its network of strategic partners, but has also celebrated its tenth anniversary with a rebranding process that strengthens its identity as a global reference in RFID and IoT solutions. Under the slogan “It’s time to scale, it’s time to tag”, the company looks to the future with the ambition to continue growing, innovating and supporting its clients in the digital transformation of intralogistics and traceability.

“After a decisive year marked by Nazca’s entry, the opening in Miami and the strengthening of our international structure, we face 2026 with a clear focus: accelerating traction in the United States and Asia, and continuing to deliver measurable value through RFID solutions and data intelligence,” concludes Manolo Reguart.
