Asterion Industrial Partners highlighted the continued growth of Clubö, its parking platform in Spain, following the recent acquisition of the “Clubö Villanueva” car park, located at Calle Villanueva 2. This prime asset sits in a strategic location in the heart of Madrid, just a few meters from the National Library of Spain and the National Archaeological Museum, and very close to Puerta de Alcalá and Plaza de Colón.
This new addition strengthens Clubö’s presence in Madrid and reinforces its position as a leading operator in the capital, where it now manages three projects in premium locations. The acquisition also confirms the company’s sustained growth, driven by excellent operational management and cutting-edge technology that continues to distinguish its mobility model.
Since entering the parking sector in 2022, Clubö has accelerated its expansion, incorporating several assets in recent months. Today, the platform manages 22 car parks across 15 Spanish cities, with approximately 9,500 spaces and more than 11,500 customers, under the leadership of CEO Jero Olleros.
