Circular Homes currently has four developments at different stages of execution:

    ·In Madrid: Agâra I (Torrelodones); coming soon, Agâra II (Torrelodones) and Gädian (Madrid Río)

In search of positive impact at all levels

The first results of Circular Homes confirm that this strategic approach by the circular economy to combine economic, environmental and social benefits works:

    ·The carbon footprint of three of the ongoing projects has been calculated, obtaining an average reduction of more than 50% compared to a traditionally built houses.

    ·50% of the installed materials can be recovered by different means at the end of their use life.

    ·Practically 95% of the materials defined in the design phase are healthy

    ·23.7% average IRR of the first portfolio

    ·1,71x cash on cash

Territorial expansion

Right now, Circular Capital is in the final stages of closing new developments in other locations, which will mark the territorial expansion of its development activity.
