Innvierte, the investment vehicle managed by CDTI Innovación, has committed up to €125 million to MCH Iberian Capital Fund VI, a private equity fund managed by MCH Private Equity Investments SGEIC that focuses on investing in companies with a strong innovation and technology component.

Through this commitment, CDTI Innovación aims to foster the growth, transformation and international expansion of companies operating in strategic sectors including industrial innovation and technology, food and agrifood technologies, and health, wellness and lifestyle.

MCH Iberian Capital Fund VI targets mid-sized companies with enterprise values ranging from €50 million to €250 million, a minimum operating track record of three years and significant growth and value creation potential. The fund's investment strategy focuses on businesses capable of accelerating innovation while strengthening their market position both domestically and internationally.

By participating in the fund through Innvierte, CDTI Innovación seeks to increase the availability of long-term capital for innovative companies and support their development through strategic growth, business transformation and international expansion.
