BUSUP, the world leader in outsourced daily corporate mobility management, has successfully completed its financing cycle, securing a total of €13 million. This operation, planned in two stages and initiated in 2022, marks the conclusion of a strategic process that precedes a Growth Series round expected in early 2026. The goal of this upcoming round will be to drive BUSUP's international business model expansion and consolidate strategic alliances with key players in global corporate mobility.

In this latest financing phase, in addition to the participation of existing investors such as Proeza Ventures, Liil Ventures, Autotec Ventures, and Finaves, BUSUP welcomes new strategic partners, including Finaccess, Sabadell Venture Capital (the venture capital division of Banco Sabadell), and other international funds. The company has allocated the acquired funds to strengthen its balance sheet, consolidate its value proposition, operations, and team, in preparation for the next growth stage linked to the 2026 funding round. Additionally, BUSUP will continue to invest in enhancing its relationships with key operators in markets where it already operates, including Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.

Rui Stoffel, co-founder and CEO of BUSUP, stated: “We are very pleased with the closing of this financing cycle, which not only strengthens our financial position but also validates our business model and growth strategy based on alliances with major transport operators. The entry of Finaccess, Sabadell Venture Capital, and other investors is a clear demonstration of confidence in BUSUP's potential to lead the daily corporate mobility sector, multimodal and shared. This backing will allow us to accelerate the consolidation of our value proposition and continue exploring new opportunities, providing innovative solutions that improve the daily mobility of thousands of workers worldwide.”

Currently, BUSUP operates in Europe, Latin America, and the United States and is in a growth phase, seeking to consolidate its presence in these markets while evaluating potential new entries. Recently, the company launched operations in Italy in collaboration with Línea Azzurra, a strategic partner, having initiated a pilot phase in Turin and Milan, aiming to expand its customer base in partnership with local operators. Additionally, BUSUP is exploring opportunities in Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Malta, and Colombia in collaboration with local operators to broaden its presence in key markets and offer its clients an integrated and global solution.

With over 8 years of experience in the sector, the company has firmly established itself across various industries, including logistics, pharmaceuticals, technology, real estate, and academia, operating on three continents.
