June 2024 — Induhold acquires Hispavista – Induhold, a diversified Spanish business group, integrates Hispavista, a pioneer in digital marketing in Spain.
February 2024 — t2ó acquires Leadgenios – t2ó, a Spanish agency with international presence, acquires Leadgenios, a Performance Marketing agency in Mexico.
October 2023 — ISPD acquires Rocket PPC – ISPD, a Spanish digital marketing and communications group, expands into Italy with Rocket PPC, a Paid Media specialist.
May 2023 — Labelium acquires Jirada – Labelium, a French consultancy with global presence, incorporates Jirada, a Spanish creative digital agency.
June 2022 — MIO Group acquires Firma – MIO Group, an independent Spanish communications group, integrates Firma, an innovation and branding agency.
December 2021 — Prensa Ibérica acquires Publisuites – Prensa Ibérica, one of Spain’s leading media groups, adds Publisuites, a branded content and linkbuilding platform.

In most cases, the firm acted as the seller’s advisor, except for two strategic transactions: the acquisition of Firma by MIO Group and the acquisition of Rocket PPC by ISPD, where it advised the buyer.
