While AI promises to reinvent how brands talk to customers, most shoppers still end up shouting "agent!" at bots that spit out vanilla information and deflect tickets. Konvo AI has built something different: AI Agents that proactively engage shoppers and take actions in the real world to solve problems end-to-end. This approach is transforming ecommerce customer service from a cost center into a revenue engine, with Konvo's Agents achieving an average sales conversion rate of 8% while automating over 65% of all customer inquiries.

The Berlin-based startup has raised a €3.5 million seed round led by Samaipata, with participation from existing investors Abac Nest, JME, Itnig, and Combination.vc, plus new industry experts including Xavier Pladellorens (founder, Deporvillage) and Tomás Pueyo (ex-CPO, Ankorstore).

Konvo's AI Agents break from the reactive nature of traditional customer service by engaging customers during their browsing journey, making personalized product recommendations, and autonomously resolving complex issues like delivery problems by directly contacting couriers — all without human intervention.

“Our goal isn’t to build another ticketing tool,” says cofounder Guillem. “We want AI agents that act like a real store associate: helping, selling, and solving problems end-to-end. Not just sharing information or updating an address, but recommending new products that fit your taste and calling the courier directly to fix a delivery issue.”

In less than a year since its pre-seed round, Konvo AI has demonstrated significant market traction with leading e-commerce brands including BeLevels, Platanomelon, Siwon or Mood Collection, delivering remarkable results:

● For cosmetics brand Siwon, the AI Agent resolves 87% of all conversations across WhatsApp, Email, and web chat.

● For specialty coffee brand Café San Jorge, their AI Agent autonomously handles 77% of customer queries and drives almost 40% of all revenue in key moments like BFCM with its proactive campaigns and follow ups.

The company will also establish a sales hub in Barcelona to drive their expansion across Europe.
