BBVA Spark signed a €30 million financing agreement with MytripleA, the alternative financing platform with working capital solutions for businesses. The agreement aims to boost the platform’s growth and allow it to continue developing new products for customers and investors.

The fintech MytripleA reached this agreement with BBVA after developing a successful business model with over 50 percent growth and a positive EBITDA since 2021. Since it began operations in 2015, MytripleA has provided more than €550 million in financing to over 4,000 companies.

“For BBVA Spark, it is important to support fintech companies like MytripleA, which leverage technology to create a unique value proposition for alternative financing. With this agreement, together, we will support companies that need this type of financing to expand their business activities and continue growing,” said Miguel Ángel Alcalá, Head of BBVA Spark in Spain.

Sergio Antón, co-founder of MytripleA, indicated that: “We are very proud to have the support of BBVA, which provides highly significant backing of the work done by our entire team over the years. This operation will help us to boost our growth and continue developing new, innovative products - both for companies and for our investors.”

MytripleA has over 8,500 registered investors who invested a total of €141 million in 2024. Its investors can invest starting at €50, obtaining an average annual return of five percent on secured loans and eight percent on unsecured invoices, according to data from the past year.
