The 106th edition of the mentorDay Acceleration Program concluded on Thursday, March 5, with the monthly online networking event, DemoDay, where Francisco de Assis Baqueiro and his project Baqueiro Desarrollo Web were declared winners.
Winning Projects of the 106th Edition
The DemoDay for the 106th edition was an evening full of excitement, featuring great pitches and ties that kept the audience on edge until the very end. As always, the best projects from the Acceleration Program presented their proposals to a select jury from the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Pitch Combat format — quick one-minute rounds in which each entrepreneur must present and defend their project.
After three elimination rounds, Brazilian entrepreneur Francisco de Assis, based in Galicia, was chosen by the jury as the winner with his project Baqueiro Desarrollo Web. His proposal addresses a common problem in the business ecosystem: many marketing, design, or branding agencies lack their own technical team and rely on occasional freelancers, which leads to delays, lack of continuity, and quality issues in projects. The project positions itself as a specialized technology partner for web development and process automation for agencies and companies that need robust, scalable solutions without dependence on external freelancers.
The initiative offers a stable collaboration model, integrating as an external development team or B2B technology partner, handling the technical execution of web projects with professional standards, documentation, and ongoing support, always customized. Baqueiro Desarrollo Web aims to improve efficiency, reduce operational errors, and create maintainable digital infrastructures in the long term, avoiding technical dependencies and enabling companies to evolve their systems sustainably.
Another entrepreneur celebrated at the event was Leonardo Maximiliano Ledesma, who, with 1,714 points, topped the edition’s ranking and was recognized as the entrepreneur who made the most progress on his project throughout the program — through webinars, deliverables, quizzes, and tips read.
