In May 2026, Unikal Tech Partners completed the acquisition of Xperientia Systems, a Barcelona-based technology company specializing in information technology infrastructure, managed services, and cloud solutions.
The transaction, carried out with the support of Baker Tilly’s specialised technology M&A advisors, reinforces Unikal Tech Partners’ strategy of building an integrated technology group composed of companies and professionals with deep expertise across different information technology disciplines.
