Throughout the transaction, Baker Tilly acted as financial adviser to RS10 and its shareholders during the negotiations with Elis' management team. RS10 is an industrial laundry company headquartered in Santa María de Palautordera (Barcelona). In 2025, it generated revenue of €5.5 million. The company operates from facilities covering approximately 5,000 square metres and employs 90 professionals. Its core business consists of rental, processing and maintenance services for flat linen and workwear, primarily serving the healthcare and hospitality sectors. RS10's services include garment collection and delivery, sorting, washing, sanitisation, ironing, folding and packaging, as well as basic garment repairs, textile warehouse management and specialised advisory services for its customers.
Elis, meanwhile, is an international group specialising in circular rental and maintenance services for textiles, hygiene and workplace well-being solutions for businesses. The company operates in 31 countries through more than 500 production plants and distribution centres and employs over 58,000 people. Through its rental and maintenance model, Elis manages the procurement, storage, delivery, collection, sanitisation, repair and replacement of products used by its customers. Its offering includes flat linen, professional workwear, hygiene solutions, floor protection, cleanroom services and other products for sectors including healthcare, hospitality, food service and industry.
The acquisition enables Elis to strengthen its presence in Catalonia's public healthcare sector and expand its industrial capacity in the north-eastern Barcelona area. The addition of RS10 also reinforces the group's operational network in a strategic region by contributing a modern production facility, a specialised team and an established customer base.
