Leading the team as Partner will be Tomás Guillén, who brings a distinguished track record in strategic consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship and investment. Guillén has served as CEO of Grupo Ifedes since 1992.
He is also widely recognized within Spain’s entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. He was the founding chairman of BIGBAN, the national business angel network, and has participated as an entrepreneur and investor in more than 50 companies over the past two decades. He has also served as Chairman of the Valencian Association of Consulting Firms, Board Member of the Spanish Federation of Consulting Firms (FENAC-CEOE), and Board Member of the Valencian Business Confederation (CEPYMEV–CEV).
Over the past three decades, Ifedes has developed a proprietary methodology focused on accelerating organizations’ adaptation to market dynamics by combining Market Development with Change Management.
