ArsCorporate is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to ALTIM on its sale to Telefónica.
Telefónica España has acquired 100% of the share capital of Altim Tecnologías de la Información, a Spanish technology consulting group specialized in the digital transformation of companies through SAP-based solutions. The company has 25 years of experience, a team of 125 employees, and more than 160 clients.
Telefónica España continues to strengthen its position in the B2B segment, maintaining a solid growth rate driven by revenues from communications and IT services, which currently stand out as the main growth engine. Providing excellent service to business customers—whether large corporations or SMEs—represents a priority for the operator, one that is further reinforced with the acquisition of Altim.
Eduardo Ariste, Director of Enterprises and Public Administrations at Telefónica España, states: “We are very pleased to announce this transaction with one of the main SAP partners in the Spanish market, mainly for three reasons. First, we are talking about a market—technology applied to the optimization of business processes—that is clearly growing. Second, this company fits perfectly with our strategy of expanding within the applications business. And third, Altim’s business vision is very similar to ours, where the professionalization of the workforce, the establishment of long-term relationships with clients, and a strong commitment to innovation are key priorities.”
Adriana Sola, CEO of Altim, says: “We are very happy to join Telefónica and continue working to ensure that companies achieve a real transformation of their business with a measurable and scalable return on investment, translating technological strategy into tangible results. Unlike generalist consulting firms, we stand out for the high level of specialization of our teams and the use of our own intellectual property. Through the development of accelerators and our deep knowledge of the markets, we successfully adapt SAP best practices to the real needs of each sector.”
Altim is a Gold Partner of SAP in Spain. SAP is a European enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that currently has more than 230 million cloud users worldwide and includes more than 100 applications to connect all parts of a business—from finance and sales to human resources—on an intelligent digital platform.
The Spanish consulting firm, founded in 2001, has a workforce with a high level of specialization in the use of this software and the business processes it supports, with a particular focus on operational and financial areas.
Altim, which has significantly increased its revenues in recent years, reported more than 20% growth in the last fiscal year 2025 compared with the previous year. These results were reinforced at the most recent SAP congress in Spain (SAP Spain PKOM 2026), where the company received the award for “Highest Sales Volume” in the “Partner Led Territory” segment and recognition for excellence due to its outstanding demand generation in the corporate segment.
The consulting firm, which will continue to operate independently after its acquisition by Telefónica España, has focused on migrations to S/4HANA—the latest generation of SAP’s intelligent ERP—along with the public cloud model, cybersecurity, and data governance. For Altim, ERP represents the operational core for decision-making based on real-time information rather than intuition.
With its suite of end-to-end services and solutions—including implementation projects, S/4HANA conversions, support services, software sales, and infrastructure—Altim ensures companies a transformation process that goes beyond traditional approaches
Altim is a specialized consulting firm focused on SAP-based enterprise solutions, supporting organizations in the optimization of critical business processes including finance, and supply chain.
The transaction reflects the continued strategic importance of digital capabilities within the enterprise segment, as large technology and infrastructure groups expand their offering of value-added services for corporate clients.
