ARGIS has reached an agreement with CaixaBank to acquire Torre Sevilla, a prime, fully stabilized mixed-use landmark in southern Spain.
This acquisition represents a major milestone in ARGIS’ growth strategy, increasing its tertiary real estate portfolio from 20,000 sqm to 120,000 sqm and reinforcing its focus on high-quality, income-generating assets in prime urban locations.
Designed by renowned architect César Pelli and inaugurated in 2018, Torre Sevilla is the tallest building in the city, with an occupancy rate above 95%. The property offers a diversified mix of offices, hotel, retail, and urban spaces, making it a strategic addition to ARGIS’ portfolio.
Alejandro Schuvaks, founder of ARGIS, commented: "The acquisition of Torre Sevilla is a milestone for ARGIS and fully aligns with our strategy of selecting assets with solid fundamentals, already stabilized and located in urban areas with clear future potential. At the same time, it significantly strengthens our office platform and marks an important step in diversifying our portfolio with entry into the shopping center segment."
With over €1.3 billion in assets under management, ARGIS continues to strengthen its platform and execute its long-term investment strategy in Spain, focusing on premium, stabilized assets that generate sustainable income.
