Archipélago Next continues to accelerate the deployment of its second fund with the addition of three new companies to its portfolio: TietAI, Dolfin and Fresh People. Although operating in different sectors, the three companies share a strong execution capability and a differentiated value proposition in their respective markets.
In the HealthTech space, Archipélago Next participated alongside Plus Partners in TietAI’s €2.5 million Seed round, marking the fund’s first healthcare investment. The Madrid-based company has developed Hydra, a platform that unifies clinical data sources and enables the secure deployment of artificial intelligence agents. The solution aims to address the technological fragmentation currently affecting European hospitals under the new European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation.
Meanwhile, Barcelona-based Dolfin has developed a SaaS platform for sales departments that automates incentive calculations, a process traditionally managed manually and prone to errors. Its technology replaces conventional spreadsheets with a system that connects business rules and CRM data in real time, bringing greater transparency and efficiency to sales teams.
In the HR Tech segment, Valencia-based Fresh People offers a talent and culture management platform specifically designed for fast-growing companies. Through the use of data and automation, the solution enables organizations to scale performance evaluations, development plans and compensation systems, helping key teams remain aligned during periods of rapid expansion.
With these new additions, Archipélago Next strengthens its commitment to technology companies with scalable business models, differentiated products and the capability to lead the transformation of strategic sectors.
