Apartool, the leading corporate accommodation provider in Spain and Southern Europe, has closed an investment round worth €1.8 million. The new funds will be used to deploy artificial intelligence across its reservation management platform.
This consolidation round was primarily subscribed by its existing investors – including Barlon Capital, Roch Ventures, Telegraph Hill Capital, and Finaves. In addition, a new investor, Endra Capital, a venture capital fund with stakes in other Spanish technology and business services companies, has joined.
The injection of new capital will enable an ambitious deployment of artificial intelligence on the platform. With it, Apartool will automate the sourcing of new apartments available to its clients – currently 300,000 across 85 countries. The investment will also provide full visibility of available units at all times and reduce the time required to make each booking by up to 90%.
This increased speed in management will further improve operating margins and accelerate investment in expansion into new markets, a key aspect of Apartool’s strategic plan for 2026-2028, through which the company expects to reach €30 million in annual revenue.

A sustained growth
Apartool has been one of the pioneers of corporate accommodation in Europe. Between 2019 and 2024, the company grew its revenue at a 69% annual rate (CAGR). The year 2024 marked an exceptional milestone in the company’s development thanks to the convergence of sustained growth in its recurring business with the execution of unique projects. Apartool was chosen by Emirates Team New Zealand to accommodate the entire team and their families during the America’s Cup in Barcelona. The project involved contracting more than 300 apartments for long-term stays. The Paris Olympic Games also contributed to extraordinary growth in 2024. After the completion of these unique projects, Apartool’s recurring business continued to grow in double digits in 2025. In addition, it has already been confirmed that Apartool will once again manage accommodation for Emirates Team New Zealand in the 2027 America’s Cup edition.
Thanks to this upward trajectory, Apartool was named Startup of the Year 2024 by Esade Alumni and BStartup of Banco Sabadell, and has been included once again in 2026 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list of the fastest-growing startups and scaleups in Spain.
More than half of the companies in the IBEX 35 – including BBVA, Endesa, Indra, Repsol, and Ferrovial – are Apartool clients. In addition, a significant number of corporate travel and employee relocation agencies use its services. Apartool also manages accommodation for production teams of series and films, including top-tier titles with major international stars such as Venom 3: The Last Dance, The Young Sherlock, and The Walking Dead.

Corporate accommodation is a temporary apartment rental service – fully furnished and equipped – designed specifically for professionals and companies.
