The law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Qualitas Funds on the structuring and first close of the Qualitas Funds VII fund, its first fund of funds following its integration into P10 completed in April.

The vehicle will continue the firm’s consistent strategy of investing in European lower middle market funds, focusing on companies with high growth potential and low associated risk.

The Addleshaw Goddard team advising Qualitas Funds was led by Isabel Rodríguez, managing partner of the Funds team, with the collaboration of senior associate Enrique Torné and associate Enrique Aparicio.

Qualitas Funds SGEIC, an investment platform focused on private markets based in Madrid, offers investment opportunities in fund of funds and direct co-investments in the European private equity market. The firm manages approximately €1.2 billion in assets and has more than 1,300 investors.
