Abac Nest II FCRE, a fund managed by Abac Capital, has successfully completed the final closing of its venture capital vehicle, surpassing its target of €20 million with the support of institutional investors and family offices from Spain and across Europe. The strategy of Abac Nest Ventures focuses on local entrepreneurial teams with global ambition, in early stages, capable of creating artificial intelligence applications and B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models. Its focus is on solutions that provide efficiency, scalability, and real competitiveness to companies.

What we believe in
Artificial intelligence is not just a technology: it is a new paradigm on which the business solutions of the future are being built. From process optimization to new ways of interacting with customers and data, this is the perfect time to support teams that turn AI into real products that generate tangible value for businesses.

How we do it
The team investing the Abac Nest II fund is led by Joan Pina Ollé, Partner at Abac Nest Ventures, along with Oriol Pinya, Borja Martínez de la Rosa, and Federico Conchillo, and also includes Rubén Bonet, founder of Fractus, as Venture Partner. The Abac team combines a unique balance of entrepreneurial, operational, and investment experience. Throughout their professional careers, they have founded and/or invested in over 100 startups, including three unicorns that have surpassed €1 billion in revenue and valuation, with more than 1,000 employees each.

What we have achieved so far
Since its launch, Abac Nest II has invested in 13 startups, with 4 new deals planned before year-end, making it one of the most active early-stage venture capital funds in 2025. The plan is to reach a total of 35 companies in the next two years, consolidating a reference portfolio in artificial intelligence and B2B SaaS. Some examples of investments already made include Konvo, Galtea, AnyFormat, Punto Health, FlipFlow, Steryon, Vixies, Sentinel, and Xnova. In their previous investment experience, the Abac team has also supported companies that are now success stories, such as Cobee, TaxDown, Amphora, Payflow, Vueling, LetsBonus, eDreams, and Jazztel.

Statement
“Our goal is to identify and support the most visionary teams that, from Spain, are using artificial intelligence and B2B SaaS to transform industries and scale their solutions globally. We want Abac Nest Ventures to be the platform from which the next generation of technology companies with international impact emerges,” said Joan Pina Ollé, Partner at Abac Nest Ventures.
