A&G, one of the leading independent private banking firms in Spain, has appointed Fernando Pujadas as a new M&A specialist to further strengthen its corporate transaction advisory team.
Pujadas, joining from JB Capital, has over eight years of experience in investment banking and financial analysis, having participated in M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions across the healthcare, industrial, technology, and real estate sectors. Previously, he also worked at BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse.
A Law graduate from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, where he also completed a master’s degree, Pujadas joins A&G’s team to enhance the firm’s value proposition in the mid-market segment, bringing experience in advising family offices and institutional investors on complex transactions.
Pujadas will be part of A&G’s M&A team, led by Sergio de Dompablo, who believes that “Fernando’s addition strengthens our ability to provide high-value strategic advice, while maintaining the personalized approach and close client relationships that define our firm.”
A&G has over a decade of experience in strategic M&A advisory, having analyzed more than 150 transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding €1.6 billion.
