The public company Sodiar has formalised a loan to Agrofluidics S.L., in an operation aimed at supporting the development of this innovative company and strengthening the business ecosystem in Aragón. The financing is part of Sodiar’s commitment to backing high value-added projects across strategic sectors of the regional economy.
Agrofluidics, located at the Río Ebro Campus in Zaragoza, develops animal reproduction solutions based on advanced microfluidics technologies. The company currently focuses its activity on the commercialisation of a broad portfolio of sperm-related services, in vitro embryo culture and microbiological analysis, with a particular focus on the swine sector.
Driving innovation and technological development
The loan, granted through the Innovation Fund, will enable Agrofluidics to strengthen its operational capacity by incorporating new technological equipment, as well as to enhance and expand its service offering following its recent market launch.
This transaction supports the growth of a company committed to innovation in the agri-livestock sector, contributing to the modernisation of a key and strategic industry.

Agrofluidics was recently awarded the IDEA Futuro prize at the 31st edition of the IDEA Competition, held during the Spain Innovation Summit 2025. This recognition highlights its technological proposition and growth potential in the field of biotechnology applied to animal reproduction.
