ONEtoONE Corporate Finance has advised Agroquímicos Hermanos López (AHL), on its integration into Grupo Agrosana. Both companies are engaged in the distribution of fertilisers, as well as a wide range of agrochemicals and other agricultural inputs.

Agroquímicos Hermanos López is headquartered in La Campana (Lorca) with an additional branch in Águilas, carrying out its business activity based on values such as honesty, proximity, and commitment. Both Grupo Agrosana and AHL are family-owned companies with similar management philosophies, where personalised customer service is the primary focus of their operations. The entire AHL team will join the new organisation, maintaining its current expertise in both logistics and commercial functions.

Both companies share the view that the consolidation of a highly fragmented and atomised sector is inevitable. Their clients – farmers – began a similar process some time ago, partly driven by investment funds.

This transaction is supported by the wide range of synergies identified between the two companies, both in the commercial sphere (clients and suppliers) and logistics, given their proximity to neighbouring regions. This vision is shared and backed by Corfin Capital, the investment fund that recently took a stake in Grupo Agrosana with the aim of providing the resources needed to drive growth through acquisitions.

This integration will strengthen Grupo Agrosana’s structure by adding talent, facilities, clients, and resources, enabling it to face new challenges with greater capacity, backed by a highly cohesive team ready for the opportunities this new stage will bring.
