The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has officially registered Ocadila Capital SGEIC SA as an authorised management company. With this milestone, Ocadila Capital becomes the first management company in the Canary Islands specialised in promoting projects that enable the materialisation of the Canary Islands Investment Reserve (RIC) through collective investment vehicles.

In this new phase, Ocadila Capital assumes the integral management of the funds already established for RIC materialisation and will continue to promote new projects that have a positive impact on the economy, productivity, and social development of the islands. As new initiatives are incorporated, the management company will communicate them through its platform and website.

Ocadila Capital will initially manage four investment funds, with approximately €30 million in assets and a total of 18 projects distributed across Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote.

With this incorporation, Ocadila Capital reinforces its commitment to the sustainable growth of the Canary Islands economy, providing investors with professional management and investment opportunities that contribute to regional development.
