Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares has advised AltamarCAM Partners on their joint investment with Arjun Infrastructure Partners and Desjardins Gestion Internationale d’Actifs in Altitude Infra, a leading French open-access fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network developer and operator.

The transaction, which included an additional €120 million commitment, reinforces the investors’ positions as key shareholders alongside the founding family. With this capital increase, Altitude Infra aims to further expand its 150,000 km fibre network infrastructure, already delivering connectivity across 29 networks and serving over 2.4 million households in France.

The team was led by partner Miguel Cuesta Boothman and lawyer Jesús Manuel Lozano Mirón, who provided comprehensive legal support throughout the investment process.

With this transaction, the firm strengthens its position in advising on complex investment transactions in strategic sectors such as digital infrastructure.
