LKS Next Corporate has acted as listing sponsor and advisor for the IPO of Inmolecule Nanotech, which debuted on August 18, 2025, on Euronext Access Paris under the ticker MLINA, with a reference price of €3.82 per share. The operation represents an initial market capitalization of €28.65 million and marks a key step in the Spanish biotech company’s internationalization strategy.
Headquartered in Madrid and founded in 1999, Inmolecule has developed a patented technology platform that creates nanoparticles of active ingredients for sectors such as personal care, home care, agriculture, and aquaculture. With registered trademarks in over 100 countries and a notable improvement in its 2024 financial results, the company further strengthens its position within the European biotechnology ecosystem.
Inmolecule’s incorporation into the Euronext Access market was carried out through a direct listing — a format that does not involve issuing new shares or raising capital, but instead provides visibility and positioning within the international investment community. This model, increasingly common in Europe, enables innovative companies to build credibility and prepare for entry into more liquid markets.
Estanislao Martínez, Partner and Director of Inmolecule, highlighted that “this listing on Euronext Access Paris provides the international exposure necessary to drive growth,” emphasizing that the company’s goal is to expand “particularly in the markets of Europe, Africa, and the United States, where we intend to launch products developed with our cutting-edge platform based on patented nanophotochemistry technology.” Martínez also added that the company’s “global expansion” aims to make Inmolecule’s science-backed platform “widely accessible” and to “foster industrial partnerships.”
For his part, Mariano Colmenar, Head of LKS Next Corporate, noted that this transaction “reflects our commitment to supporting SMEs and scale-ups in their growth and capital markets access processes.” The firm, part of LKS Next, has a specialized division in Corporate Finance Advisory and Capital Markets, assisting companies in structuring and executing processes such as Inmolecule’s listing.
With this stock market debut, LKS Next Corporate reaffirms its commitment to innovative companies, helping them gain visibility, legitimacy, and access to industrial and financial partners worldwide.
