King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") has advised Tressis on the launch of its second private equity fund, Plan Capital Privado Global FCR. The new investment vehicle, a joint project between Tressis and Cedrus & Partners, a leading financial advisory firm in France, has a target size of €40 million.
KWM lawyers in charge of this project are led by the partner and head of the investment funds team Isabel Rodríguez, who has had the collaboration of associates Enrique Torné and Lara Taylor.
Plan Capital Privado Global FCR is a fund of funds and will focus on megatrends by leveraging the best opportunities in real assets and private markets. By sustainability classification, the fund falls under Article 8.
Plan Capital Privado Global FCR will invest around 30% in infrastructure funds, with exposure to mature assets providing essential services to local communities. The remaining 70% will be spread across three private market asset verticals, covering secondary market, regional and sectoral private equity, and private equity focused on mid-market companies in the US.
