King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") has advised Nexxus Iberia, one of the leading private equity firms in Spain, on the structuring of its first continuation fund, OFG Continuation Fund, with a final size of €56 million. The new investment vehicle, which has Headway Capital Partners and Mill Reef Capital as anchor investors, has also got the participation of the European Investment Fund, Columbia Threadneedle, several family offices and other investors who had already participated in previous funds launched by Nexxus.
The KWM team that has participated in this project has been led by Isabel Rodríguez, partner and head of the funds team in Spain. Other key lawyers are the counsel María de Orueta and the associate Enrique Torné.
The fund aims to promote the internationalization in Europe, Latin America and the United States of OFG Telecomunicaciones, the oldest investee company of Nexxus Iberia
