King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") is advising Nazca Capital on the structuring of its new investment vehicle: Nazca VI Fund, with a target size of 400 million euros. It is the largest investment fund that Nazca Capital, a company with a track record of more than 20 years, has launched to date.
Nazca VI is aimed at institutional investors, including pension funds, collective investment institutions, insurers, credit institutions and family offices. The Fund's strategy will focus on investing in small and medium-sized companies located in Spain and Portugal.
The team of lawyers that has participated in this project has been led by the partner and director of the funds department Isabel Rodríguez, who has had the collaboration of the associates María de Orueta, María Mata and Adriana Ordoño.
