King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") has advised Impact Bridge Asset Management (“Impact Bridge”) on the launch of its new fund Global Private Equity Selection FCR, which has a target size of €100 million. The new investment vehicle is part of the agreement reached between Impact Bridge and Morgan Stanley Investment Management (“Morgan Stanley IM”) that will enable investors in Spain to access Morgan Stanley IM's private equity strategies.

The team of lawyers at KWM in charge of leading this project is led by the partner and head of private equity Isabel Rodríguez, who has had the collaboration of associate Gonzalo Lozano.

The agreement between Impact Bridge and Morgan Stanley IM will allow institutional investors and Spanish private banks to access the international asset manager's main private equity strategies through local vehicles managed by Impact Bridge.

Founded in 2018, Impact Bridge is a Spanish collective investment fund manager dedicated exclusively to quality impact investing. Previously, KWM advised Impact Bridge on the structuring of IB Deuda Impacto España, the largest fund of its kind in Spain.
