CDTI Innovación, promoter and sole shareholder of Innvierte, closed five co-investment deals in September, one of them strategic, totaling €25,056,000:
In addition, in the strategic companies line, CDTI Innovación committed €13,416,000 to PAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L. (Alicante), which develops small satellite launch technologies.
Since January 2025, CDTI Innovación, through Innvierte, has closed co-investment operations in 51 companies with commitments totaling €145.68 million, and investments in 8 investment vehicles with a commitment of €685.75 million.

About Innvierte
Innvierte is an initiative designed to promote business innovation by supporting venture capital investment in technology-based or innovative companies. It operates through the closed-end collective investment vehicle Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and supervised by the CNMV, with CDTI Innovación as the sole shareholder.
To date, CDTI Innovación has committed €2.847 billion across 63 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 632 companies, and through its co-investment line, has directly committed €726 million to 191 companies.
Innvierte is part of the Spanish Strategy for Science, Technology, and Innovation 2021-2027, approved by the Council of Ministers in September 2020. This strategy sets objectives, reforms, and measures for R&D&I to drive growth and impact, and forms a key pillar of Spain’s innovation policy for the coming years.
