Haya Capital has advised the founding partners of Ecogestión de Residuos on the sale of the company, which is now integrated into Dominion’s environmental project, Global Dominion Environment (GDE). This integration represents a step forward in Dominion’s objective of consolidating itself as a key player in industrial environmental management in Europe.
Ecogestión de Residuos is a company with more than two decades of experience in the comprehensive management and transfer of industrial waste. It has a solid client portfolio that includes both SMEs and large corporations. Its incorporation into Dominion strengthens Dominion’s presence in a strategic industrial hub in southern Spain and enhances Ecogestión’s capabilities, as it now operates as part of GDE.
This transaction expands the capacity of the Global Dominion Environment (GDE) division to provide comprehensive solutions in the field of the circular economy. It also creates operational synergies with Dominion’s existing environmental waste management infrastructure in southern Spain, optimizing processes and strengthening its value proposition for industrial clients. This addition reinforces Dominion’s presence in a key industrial hub in southern Spain and consolidates the roadmap of Global Dominion Environment.
With the incorporation of Ecogestión de Residuos and its ambition to become a European benchmark in environmental management, Dominion advances in the consolidation of a still fragmented sector, where European regulation and growing demand for sustainable solutions are accelerating the transition toward more efficient and circular production models.
With three strategic transactions in less than a year, Dominion confirms its execution capacity and moves forward with its objective for Global Dominion Environment to reach €500 million in revenues by 2025, consolidating its role as a European leader in circular economy and industrial decarbonization.
