Evergreen has advised AIG Classic and Tresmares in the integration process of AIG Classic into the TeamSystem group, successfully completing Tresmares’ investment cycle in a technology company with a strong track record in the Spanish market.
Founded in Vigo in 1994, AIG Classic is a company specialized in business management and accounting software for SMEs, microenterprises, and professionals. The company serves more than 34,000 clients, exceeded €5.5 million in revenue in 2025, and has a team of approximately 55 professionals.
The transaction marks a new stage for AIG Classic, which becomes part of a European group with international scale, extensive technological capabilities, and a clear growth-oriented vision. The integration takes place in the context of a profound digital transformation of the business landscape, driven, among other factors, by the progressive introduction of mandatory electronic invoicing, which is accelerating the adoption of advanced technological solutions by SMEs.
The Evergreen team advising on the transaction was led by Ignacio Freire, partner and head of the M&A practice, together with partner Luis Vegas, and lawyers Marina Roji, senior associate, and Guillermo Albarracín, associate.
According to Evergreen, this transaction reflects the firm’s commitment to providing comprehensive support to its clients in strategic transactions that shape their positioning and long-term growth.
TeamSystem, for its part, was advised by Garrigues on legal and labor matters, and by KPMG on financial and tax due diligence.
