The new office will be led by Agustín Cruz, a lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Construction Law, with 26 years of experience and a solid track record in complex litigation.
Cruz has built a career marked by deep technical specialization in the real estate and construction sectors, combining preventive legal advice with intensive courtroom practice. His profile integrates both strategic vision prior to project execution and judicial leadership in highly complex disputes, including prominent involvement in high-profile cases such as the Forex Case.
At an institutional level, his positioning goes beyond the national sphere. He is Honorary President of the European Lawyers’ Union (UAE) and President of the UAE Real Estate Commission, reinforcing his European projection and international perspective on the real estate market. In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Chair at San Telmo Business School and President of the Málaga Hub Real Estate, consolidating his role as a leading figure within the Andalusian real estate ecosystem.
Over more than 25 years of professional practice, he has advised and represented developers, construction companies and sector operators in projects of particular significance, with a notably strong presence in Málaga and the Costa del Sol, while also maintaining activity in Barcelona. His active participation as a speaker and organizer at international conferences specialized in real estate and construction completes a profile that combines technical, institutional and academic leadership.
His career positions him as a prominent figure in real estate and construction law, particularly in one of Spain’s most dynamic markets, bringing to EJASO a practice of high strategic value with a preventive approach, strong litigation capabilities and clear international projection.
