EJASO has reached an agreement with the Portuguese firm NEW LEGAL-PMC to establish a strategic commercial alliance that strengthens its international positioning and enables it to have a direct presence in Lisbon and Porto.
The agreement formalizes the creation of a new brand in Portugal, “NEW LEGAL-PMC by EJASO,” under which both firms will operate jointly in the Portuguese market. The partnership will integrate teams that have already begun collaborating on multiple advisory opportunities for Spanish investors and companies with interests in Portugal, as well as Portuguese companies operating in Spain.
The alliance represents the first step toward a future integration of NEW LEGAL-PMC under the EJASO brand and responds to the growing demand for specialized legal advice for companies involved in international and cross-border projects.
Strategic presence in Portugal and Lusophone markets
NEW LEGAL-PMC is a law firm headquartered in Lisbon with an office in Vila Nova de Gaia (Porto). It specializes in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies in areas such as corporate law, M&A, tax, real estate, employment, data protection, regulatory compliance and litigation, among others. Its practice combines legal advisory services with a strategic business perspective, delivering solutions tailored to both domestic and international clients.
In addition to its strong presence in Portugal, NEW LEGAL-PMC maintains influence and relationships in several strategic Lusophone markets, including Brazil, Angola and Mozambique, as well as Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe.
