EJASO has advised KIMAK, “Mahía & Solís Invest,” and “Caamaño & Figueira Invest” throughout the entire corporate restructuring and merger process with KIDER STORE SOLUTIONS, working in close collaboration with the latter.
This process will result in the merger of KIMAK’s three industrial companies into a single legal entity headquartered in Culleredo (A Coruña), enabling more coordinated and efficient management.
The EJASO team provided comprehensive legal advice to KIMAK, Mahía & Solís Invest, and Caamaño & Figueira Invest throughout the transaction. The team was led by Alberto López Gómez, partner in charge of the Tax practice in Galicia, supported by Javier Ares López and Gabriel Salsón Lage; together with Enrique A. González Iglesias, partner in charge of the Corporate/M&A practice in Galicia, with the support of Blanca Monteoliva Pereira and Irene Covelo González.
Alberto López and Enrique A. González both highlighted the strategic nature of the transaction, describing it as the final step toward the full integration of KIMAK and KIDER STORE SOLUTIONS, creating a company with annual sales of €200 million.
