Devoteam, a leading European technology consulting company, announces the acquisition of DEISER, a Spanish firm specialized in Atlassian solutions, with the aim of strengthening its position in the Spanish market and expanding its service offering in collaborative project management.
With this transaction, Devoteam integrates more than 60 highly qualified professionals from DEISER into its team. DEISER is widely recognized for its leadership in consulting and development of Atlassian solutions, as well as for its long track record supporting large Spanish and multinational companies in their digitalization and process optimization journeys.
The acquisition is part of Devoteam’s expansion strategy in Southern Europe and reinforces the company’s commitment to leading AI-driven transformation in the Iberian Peninsula. This integration enables Devoteam to enhance its capabilities in collaborative tools and agile project management by adding DEISER’s expertise in the implementation of Atlassian solutions.

Founded in 1998, DEISER has established itself as a benchmark in Spain and Latin America in the implementation, integration, and development of Atlassian-based solutions, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. In addition, DEISER has developed its own applications for the Atlassian Marketplace, such as Projectrak, Exporter, Budgety, and Allocaty, enabling organizations to improve project, budget, and resource management.

DEISER will join Devoteam as “DEISER part of Devoteam”, and after a transition period of no more than one year, it will be fully rebranded as Devoteam, becoming fully integrated into the group’s brand
