CBRE has advised a Family Office on the off-market acquisition of the Habana office building in Madrid’s Chamartín district from Árima Real Estate SOCIMI SA for €46 million.
The asset, with a gross leasable area of 4,356 square meters across five floors, holds LEED Gold certification and is fully leased to the law firm Ontier España.
“With this transaction, Árima continues to advance its portfolio optimization strategy and realizes the market value of the Habana asset, delivering returns to shareholders following the refurbishment and leasing of this successful project,” the company stated in a release sent to the CNMV.
