Angels, the investment company founded by Juan Roig, has held its 2025 Investors’ Day, where 12 of its portfolio companies, in which it has invested over €2 million, had the opportunity to present this morning before 300 investors from across Spain. The event featured an opening keynote by Clara Pombo, co-founder of Entrepreneurship Forum Spain and an investor herself.
Pepe Peris, Managing Director of Angels, stated: “This year marks the 10th anniversary of Marina de Empresas, and the Investors’ Day has become a key event for connecting entrepreneurs seeking capital for their companies with early-stage investors.
Angels only invests in companies that have participated in the Lanzadera acceleration program — that’s our competitive advantage, because they have internalized the Total Quality Model, and we know each other well.
The 12 entrepreneurs presenting today are founders of companies in which Angels has already invested. This was a request from investors that we’re fulfilling for the second year in a row. Our goal now is for all the investors attending to be invested in Angels’ portfolio companies — today, 60% of them are, and we aim to reach 100%.”
Clara Pombo, co-founder of Entrepreneurship Forum Spain and keynote speaker at the event, added:
“In Spain, we need to see more entrepreneurial projects valued at over €100 million. That only happens when there is an ecosystem like Marina de Empresas, where projects are born with the potential to grow. To make that possible, we need more investment — and more projects led by women.”
The entrepreneurs presenting at the Investors’ Day had the opportunity to showcase their companies’ progress, milestones achieved, and medium- and long-term goals.

After the presentations, investors and entrepreneurs held one-on-one meetings to explore potential investment opportunities.
