Aliseda continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the management and generation of real estate opportunities in the industrial and logistics segments. The company has completed the sale of a 22,000-square-meter industrial warehouse located in the Bràfim-Alió business park, in the province of Tarragona, to the French SOCIMI Atland IM for a total amount of €15.4 million.

The asset, which has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, was transferred after being leased to its current tenant, Transportes DGL, reinforcing its appeal as a stabilized investment in one of Catalonia’s most important logistics hubs.

In the transaction, Egls acted as commercial advisor, while CMS provided legal advice to the buyer.

Off-market opportunity generation strategy

This transaction forms part of Aliseda’s strategy to become a benchmark in the generation of off-market real estate opportunities across both the tertiary and residential segments. In 2025, the company captured more than €2.1 billion in exclusive real estate assets, of which over €300 million correspond to opportunities in offices, hotels, industrial, and retail properties.

In the non-residential segment, Aliseda has led the sourcing of opportunities worth €300 million in industrial, retail, hotel, and office assets, reinforcing its role as a reference platform for both domestic and international investors seeking high-quality logistics and tertiary real estate products.

Atland IM strengthens its commitment to Spain and to logistics

For Atland IM, this transaction adds to other recent investments in Spain, such as the acquisition last November of the Puerta del Ave retail park in Ciudad Real, with more than 8,000 square meters of gross leasable area. With this purchase, the French SOCIMI further reinforces its commitment to the logistics segment, a market that has shown particularly strong performance over the past year and is expected to maintain a positive outlook.

A transaction aligned with the growth strategy

With this operation, Aliseda strengthens its commitment to a strategy focused on promoting high-quality tertiary real estate assets, combining refurbishment, value creation, and the attraction of institutional capital.

The sale of the Bràfim-Alió logistics warehouse exemplifies the market’s evolution toward sustainable, well-located assets with solid tenants, at a time when the logistics sector continues to be one of the main focal points of real estate investment in Spain
