Alantra acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Multisoft, including Swedish private equity fund Amplio and the company’s two co-founders, on the sale of Multisoft to SEB Private Equity.

Founded in 2000 and based in Stockholm, Sweden, Multisoft is a provider of business process systems, leveraging its proprietary low-code software platform Softadmin® to create customised and standardized enterprise applications with a focus on automation, serving a number of highly demanding verticals with mission-critical solutions.

Daniel Lilliehöök, Managing Partner at Alantra, said: “Since Amplio partnered with Multisoft and its’ two founders five years ago, the company has experienced a very positive development both financially and strategically, including investing in enterprise AI automation capabilities. We are very pleased to have supported the founders of Multisoft and Amplio in this transaction.”

This transaction reinforces Alantra’s track record in the European Technology sector, with recent credentials including the sale of Threatscape to Horizon Capital and the sale of Orange Business’ fleet management business, Océan, to Shiftmove
